The Evolv Carbon Steel Fry Pan is made for high-heat cooking at scale. Crafted from heavy-gauge 2mm carbon steel, it heats quickly, responds instantly and delivers even distribution across a larger cooking surface — ideal for searing steaks, cooking multiple portions or building proper caramelisation.
Pre-seasoned and ready to use, the surface develops a natural non-stick patina over time, improving performance the more you cook. The gently sloped sides make tossing and turning effortless, while the triple-riveted ergonomic handle provides strength, balance and confident control.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe to 300°C, this PFAS-free pan is metal utensil safe and engineered for long-term durability.
