Shipping & Delivery
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard shipping is done via Australia post. Shipping times on average for South Australia: 2–5 business days and Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15
Express Shipping: Flat Rate of $20
Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
Please note that some items are NOT available for shipping, due to weight and size (Artwork, furniture, large decorative products, etc). If this is the case, the checkout will display a message stating, 'This order can’t be shipped to your location contact the store for more information.'
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery Eligibility
- Delivery location must within the postcodes 5045, 5044 and 5048
- Minimum purchase of $39.95
- The product must be able to fit within a small SUV car (Large artwork, e.g. larger than 1m x 1m, will not be eligible)
Orders will be delivered with 24 hours!
Please be aware, that once your items have been delivered and left in a safe place, Home Basics and Design is not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is highly recommended that you provide details of where you would like the package to be left, (there is a box in the checkout for these details). By selecting local delivery you are agreeing to these terms.
CLICK & COLLECT
- At the time of checkout, simply select the option to 'click and collect' and then complete your purchase.
- Orders will be ready within an hour, with the exception of an unforeseen delay.
- You can collect your order from our Glenelg Store at 128 Jetty Rd, Glenelg SA 5045 during business hours.
- You must provide, proof of ID or order confirmation when collecting your item/s.
