Curated by psychologists, this tool has 112 questions to ask and to answer to bring you closer to the people you care about. These aren’t the superficial, chit-chat kind of questions. They’re the complex and (mostly) serious ones — questions like, “How would other people describe you?”, “What’s one thing you would change about the way you were raised?”
WHEN TO USE IT
When work-life is stressful, busy and all-consuming, we know relationships can be put on the back burner. So this is a tool to use outside of work, when you want to feel more close and connected.
Perhaps:

You can also use the questions as journal prompts, to spark deep introspection and reflection.

This tool is made for mature audiences; for people who are open to sharing things about themselves and creating a safe space for others to do the same. It’s not for the faint hearted: some questions, or answers, might be confronting or difficult to answer.
To get the most out of this activity, we encourage you to be curious and willing to share, but mindful that it might bring up some tough stuff. Of course, you can stop at any time or change topics and questions whenever it's required.
